Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Will & Bear headwear; if for any reason your hat isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your hat back into its original shipping box to ensure it maintains its shape and arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
